Deleting a Professional Account
If you wish to delete your professional account on app.mecalife.com/proIf you are not sure how to do this, please follow the steps below:
1. Send a request by e-mail

- Subject of e-mail Request to delete a business account
- E-mail content Please indicate clearly your wish to delete your account, including the following information:
- Company name
- Name of account administrator
- E-mail address associated with the account
2. Request made by the account administrator
- Important : Only the account administrator is authorised to make a deletion request.
- If you are not the administrator, please contact the person responsible within your company to initiate the request.
3. Confirmation of request
- Once we have received your e-mail, we will contact the account administrator to confirm the deletion request.
- This step is essential to verify the authenticity of the request and protect the security of your account.
4. Validating and deleting your account
- Once the request has been confirmed by the administrator, we will delete the account permanently.
- All data associated with the account will be irreversibly deleted.
